Change-of-mind returns

For preference or change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the receipt until the return is completed.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact service@Ferqino.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. If the issue is confirmed as seller fault, Ferqino will cover the reasonable return or replacement shipping cost.

Refund timing and method

After we receive and inspect an approved return, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers usually take 5-10 business days to post the refund after it is processed.
